Truth be told, I not sure I've seen it. I think I got about halfway through, got bored & didn't watch the rest. I don't remember, it was ages ago. I didn't even remember what it was about.

The Minions series, if you see the other episodes like Sonic2, Resident Evil4 & Super Mario3 are shorts about the low-ranking characters of the games & stuff they discuss. It just so happened that when we got to Portal, we coincidentally also did the topic of being unhappy at work
