@6226318 the 316i is made with a 4 cylinder (m40) engine. This in not a 6cylinder. Achieving a deeper sound from a 4cylinder is possible. Confusion between them is obviously possible because you are wrong. If your going to post like you know for a fact, you better do some research.

its not an 4cyl, its 6cyl, confusion between them is impossible, 6cyl has deeper sound.

@Russell042 I don't know what you mean but the M20 B25 is a six cylinder used in the 325i, 325is, 325ix and 325ic.. The M20 B27 is also a six cylinder that was used in the 325, 325e and 325es... The only 4 cylinder they have for e30's are the m42 B18 in the 318is and ic plus the M10 B18 for the 318i... Don't ask me what the name of the 316's engine is but my point is that BMW make MOSTLY six cylinders!

Exhaust sounds good, engine sounds like it is about to fall apart. Might want to check your vacuum+ increase back pressure
