it may be amazing technically, but who would pick this over the original? also his cadenza sounds like crap. he is all show. the guitar has so much beautiful rep, why does he have to force all these pieces which are clearly beyond the guitar's abilities onto the guitar? not to say that arranging music for guitar is a bad thing, but he just goes overboard. I'd rather listen to a fine performance of a simple lyrical sor study than this.

I prefer the orchestral version - but then I would, being a wind instruments fan and loving the oboe. The oboe brings a steadying influence to proceedings - the guitar is telling us the story of the high emotions.

I thought this was pretty rough at times - notes missed out and timing all over the place. I'm not sure he "gets it" - as in the story behind the music. He may well be Indonesia's finest guitarist, but is that like saying Chicago pizza is the US best version of Italian cuisine?

it had to be you, and your teacher elliot. it's not that bad , but why do you insist in playing everything in one guitar? if you want to do the whole thing with guitar, it can be done, but 3 guitars. that way you can play the melody, another guitar the chords, and a third guitar a tremolo in two strings. it's not a good idea anyway, colours were ment for diferent instruments.

U have to buy it ,from sheetmusic plus or anyother stores, it cost around $40US, unless someone did it by ear. BTW i HATE ppl who try to get free sheet especially for this piece. It is no different to stealing!
