No. He isn't a new member. As usual in the japanese TV program Anipara Ongakukan, the hosts Hironobu Kageyama, Masaaki Endoh, YOFFY and/or Tomoe Ohmi performs a song with the program guest. In this time, Masaaki Endoh (the blond guy), performs the song Gamble Rumble with m.o.v.e. Isn't like Masaaki would be a new member, he only performed the song by mere amusement, and he did it as best as he can do it, I think.
