I'm the bard in this video actually, lol. Double march with soul voice + haste gear + hasso, desperate blows, soul eater, blood weapon... pretty much ever drk job ability there is; though I know they gimped it in a recent update so you can't do this anymore. =( Only K club drks can zerg like this now.
DRK Zergs are still entirely possible without K Clubs.
Other possible multi-hit weapons include Mercurial Kris, Bahamut's Zaghnal and Ridill.
Reaching the Haste cap now is quite easy. (The following information applies to Bahamut's Zaghnal build) Hasso + Full DB merits, 2x SV March + Haste and 12% in haste gear. The rest of gear can focus on HP+ as well as either Gloom Breastplate or Sable Cuisses for 'Enhances Souleater effect'.

@malbal21 This was a very long time ago and I'm not even sure I remember the gear used at this point. Most of it was haste gear and I know there's better options now than there were back then. At any rate, this method of zerg was patched shortly after its discovery so it's impossible to do this way anymore. Sorry. =(
