he won australian open in 2008... or are you talkin about this year? i hope he can get back into his game. he was winning aginst tsonga, too bad he got sick :( i'm sure he would have had a way better match against Fed.
what about his excellent serve, great groundstrokes and service returns..play´s great on offense and defense and as you mentioned, he´s very athletic, his stamina is questionable at times though, but novak is definitely a very ambitious player, he just need´s more experience..
I read that it's the head prototype as well and it'll be officially coming out in may, and i guess that is when we'll know more. I think it's stupid to change racket like that just before a grand slam, what was wrong with the k blade, he won a grand slam, two masters and the masters cup with it, it's not bad!
It's a custom version of the HEAD Speed Pro. He isn't using it, however, it's just a custom frame he's always had, painted with the cosmetics of whatever company pays him more. He never used a Wilson frame, its always been it was just a frame based out of the Pro Tour 280/Liquidmetal Radical MP mold. The only thing he's changed in his setup since he turned pro is his string setup, which went from a full bed of Technifibre X-1 Biphase to a hybrid of Babolat VS Team and Luxilon Alu Power.
what are you talking about! he last used the mid size k-blade tour with a full wilson natural gut stringbed, he´s changed to head/mid-plus frame, with a full wilson natural gut stringbed.. murray is the one who uses hybrid VS+luxilon, not novak..
He JUST changed to Head. This was the first tournament using it, and he mentioned the discomfort about it after his subsequent loss in the 1st rd. to Gulbis.
Actually, my personal experience with Head racket handles is that is it very oval in shape, while Wilson ones are a little more rounded. My forehand with a Head racket is a full Western, while the one with Wilson is a semi-Western, and that is with the same handle size. The shape of the handle can actually effect the grip. A good friend of mine shared a similar experience with the two rackets brands.
oh yeh choke like a bitch is not a good player

On this video he is making too many foot-faults. This is a training video so this might be normal. I agree he need´s more experience.
psydeg 2 years ago
Yeah and you know that because you're a professional player ranked nº 3 in the world. Lol.

He deserves at least a final in aG Slam. He looks good but something is missing. i.e: Tsonga beat him

I don't like his new grip for forehand, he should stick to wilson

a comma was used, i was ending my sentence. If it was relevant then I would have just connected them together.

I have used both head and wilson and they both have pretty oval shaped head´s, except for the head microgel extreme.
