  • All of this becomes leachate which becomes your drinking water, kind of nice to know your drinking water that was once motor oil, no wonder cancer is increasing in our world....

  • Seems like a very slow cycle time.

  • shit this is new toy

  • Wish i was there with a ute to collect those treasures! How sad to see this video after having a lecture for 1 semester, related with Sustainable living....Does anyone know the exact dates for trash collections??

  • great vids but if you'd follow me like this I'll probably kick your bum, hehehehe

  • mitch is there any chance of you getting this truck again but onley packing out like .

  • I do have more footage of this truck to upload, but not of it packing out. They didn't pack these trucks up too hard when they were being used anyway...

  • when will it be up do you know .

  • Not for a while at the moment, gives you something to look forward to =]

  • LOLOL NICE intro!! Great vid overall, loved it all the way! Another fav :) I'll check out the rest of yours later on..no need to further elaborate ;)

  • the driver looks a little chubby too much foster mate

  • Madd as ( Y ) haha that collector knows how to make an entrance :D

  • Automatic continuous cycling...very unusual. Convenient as heck for the operators, but generally considered unsafe. I used to use an old Load-Master that would complete the entire cycle with one pull of the lever, which was great when you are working by yourself. But it would not operate continuously. Eventually, a 'split cycle' was mandated by law in the 1970's, including the rule that the cycle stop with the blade at 18" minimum from the hopper sill.

  • As a matter of fact, this truck actually started cycling continuously like this by itself recently... be interesting to know the reason for it :) A law similar to the one you mentioned came up here as well. I remember that originally these types of trucks were made to do a full cycle at the touch of a button, but due to safety regs. it become a two stage cycle: 1) unsweep, lower 2) sweep, raise However, most of the trucks' packers operated in that way.

  • As always a pleasure watching your videos Mitch! What would youtube be without the efforts of guys like you! =)

  • Thanks mate!

  • ver good mitch 5 stars! the this one could be mistaken for one of my dennis pheonis trucks in the uk!

  • lol, the hauler play stake board at the beggining. cool! having fun on collecting garbage around.

  • lol the helper almost busted his face in the beginning

  • who the hell is running the blade? or is automatic without using the handle

  • I think maybe the packer control is in the cab and driver is the one who controlling, same like Thailand here is doing.

  • Was told it jsut started running like that by itself one day! lol Truck's got a mind of it's own :)

  • The engine sounds different...And what the hell was the helper doing in the beggining?
