As I said in my video response, this ruling didn't say everyone is able to have a gun, no strings attached. Justice Scalia said the ruling wasn't striking down waiting periods, background check requirements, or any other sort of regulation.

The only thing the ruling specifically did was very narrow, it just said you can't ban everyone from having any gun at all.

Again, another great video. Just need to ad another thing those 4 liberal judges voted on last week and Kennedy took their side. The said that the death penalty for child rapists was cruel and unusual punishment.
