Yeah. Those ladies are actually talking to kids, and they even had some session prior, so the lil kids can dance with them. Sometimes, they invite them to the stage. It's kind a nice for the lil ones to enjoy the stadium, even if the kids are still too young to enjoy the baseball.
LOL the song is NOT by Heartsdale. The song is Love and Joy by Yuki Kimura. Heartsdale also has a song with the same title, but the genre of songs are completely different.

Baseball Team called Dragons.
This dance & music got pretty popular
because of the Blue koala bear you see in
the very back.
He dances totally different from the girls,
and actually, his act got better and better
as the season went.
He got so popular to the extent he publicized
own book!
