The road needs to have a parking lot area to rest at, a place to eat, and a gas station for those of us with the gas mod. I hope that is included in V2.0

You need the PC version of the game to use mods. They are actually better than cheats. You can download them off of different websites and stuff. But you need the PC version of the game.

It's a mod I downloaded for the PC version. It's a road in the sky. It leads from Mt. Chiliad to somewhere in Los Santos
