Relic got my CDC on Pouet it says everything. Just I wish to have that "Amiga rulez" times back. Thank you Wade for the video (I fancied NVX guys a little younger ;o)
Glad you guys enjoyed this. It's a shame NVX aren't still around as they had such a great group ethic and fantastic ideas, as well as the talent to see them through.
I'd also just like to add that even now, it still truly AMAZES me, what this group, (that we as a group of computer/video game loving Bolton mates) went on to achieve. At one stage in our early days there were NVX members literally worldwide, coders, gfx artists etc, & some were never even seen or heard from by Evil C. In the end, NVX were the only UK Amiga scene group still producing demos at the arse end of the 90's, & even into the early 2000's, & were winning demo comps in Europe too. Cheers
A little bit more of the groups early history for anyone interested. The groups name came from myself, & originally it was the name of a picture I drew in Deluxe Paint on the Atari St (yeah I know..I got an Amiga eventually though :-D) I named the pic 'Navaxis' (don't ask) So from there it was changed to Nerve Axis after a conversation me & Evil C had one day after he saw my pic & liked the name etc. So there you go, bit of NVX early group trivia for you. Hello to anyone that knows who I am :)
AMAZING! How many of you here know where this group was born though? It was a LONG way from Amesbury let me tell you. How do I know this? And where was the place of Nerve Axis' birth? Well, I was one of the founder members along with a group of my old mates, including my mate Evil C (handle) who was the ORIGINAL group manager, along with Telemach, Megawog, Faz, Kashka & a lot of other names that currently escape me, & we were all Bolton lads. Yes, Bolton, Lancashire was the birthplace of NVX
No I don't know any of the guys in this video, these gents here were in NVX mark two, which began after my mate Evil C quit as group manager, along with a few others including myself, & then The Zone (then a great musician at the time) took over as group manager. So, once we'd gone we knew very little of what the group got up to, until we later started to see amazing demos they produced such as Pulse & Relic. They did indeed move on to truly great things. Well done chaps :-D
You should remember me - zONE^nVX. I was in the group with Evil C & Telemach back when we released Demons Rage. Im the one in the bg with a thick northern accent and a vacant stare :)
Ahh alreet matey, you probably remember me too Ironlord, I was good mates with Evil
C back then & the rest of the founder members who were all good mates of mine too. I did bits of gfx for Evil C. Didn't realise that was you in the video mate, don't think I ever saw what you actually looked like :-D I sent you some of your old mods a good few years back if you remember? You did some awesome stuff back then mate, I always remember your Terminator mod (92 I think that was?) Classic mate. Cheers!

Good old VHS. Hold on... it's Nerve Axis.
I'm ashamed, sorry I mean proud to say I was once part of them. Something like that. Great find Wade.
