so I found a way to fix public opinion which has to be confirmed by a public residence, ideally given that condition police. here it fixes everything. also really friendly.
Oooo I solved the shell problem, it's like trying to get a perfect golf swing, their are "angle constants", how do you know if you are achieving an angle constant, you are optimizing (in the case of a golf swing) centripital motion, or their is also an angle for persicion. You scan the curve vector through from the optimal angle and see if it's producing optimum forces. The shell is minimizing potential to break across the internal diameter. This should work for viscosity and materials.
