I'm a member of Chicken Shed so see her a fair bit, her name's Lisa and she sings quite a lot for the company, if you ever get a chance to watch one of the theater's cabarets or shows you may even get a chance to hear her. And yes, she does have an amazing voice :)

The Chicken Shed Theatre are an incredible group. They take in anyone who wants to perform including many disabled children.

Princess Diana actually went to see several of their shows and when she died the Chicken shed performers were the first civilian group to walk behind her coffin. R.I.P. Diana.
