Wow that goal is pretty obviously onside, in the replay you can obviously see that the player who heads the goal runs in after the ball is kicked. Get rid of the fucking offside rule. Officials get it wrong so often it destroys the game. Somehow with no offside rule in futbol rapido, Brasileño, beach and futsal among other types of football, you don't get anyone putting a man way behind everyone. The rule is over 100 years old when they were playing in mud with an old cow stomach for a ball.

It is offside. At the time 8 sec, the ball is kicked. But the player in question is not in picture. At 9 sec, the blue player is in the picure. He is in offside position. Most likely at 8 sec he is in offside position, too. If it is true, then he play the ball and it is offside.
