i train every part equally as hard but not my legs because after i i do squats i feel like throwing up and i have to go back to work (i work out during my break which is 2 hours. enough to train eat and showre) and i end up doing leg rpess and maybe couples sets of other leg exercises. is there any way to prevent feeling like throwing up?
should you use a weight liftin belt
