The karaage chicken for our church fellowship luncheon came out great. There must've been a run on the potato starch before New Years though. Luckily I found it at Times Supermarket. I added grated ginger and white wine to the marinade (overnight). My wife liked the crunchies (little bits of fried potato starch), haha. Mahalos again for posting this.
