@Xuvial I got a pretty normal CPU (Intel Core2 Duo 2.93GHz E7500) and normal gfx card (GT 220) if all are set to High without AA I get 40 fps and setting Physics to Very High is a 2 FPS loss. Buying a new CPU or winning the Duke Nukem Custom Gaming PC Contest to run at max and GTA IV at max :D. Cheers!
