I started the Hcg diet last Saturday.Sunday my excess appetite shut down and my craving for excessive eating is gone.The amount of food I take in daily has slowed down too.I haven't bothered to count the calories in this diet but my food intake has gone down considerably.And the interesing thing is I don't feel nervous or starved either.It's amazing.

Stephsuniverse please share where you purchased those HCG drops. I know theres alot of HCG products out there I dont want to buy something that is..fake or artificial.. I too am curious and want to try to the HCG diet thanks.
