section at 2:00 reminds me of gao bagua tiangan, flavor is somewhat different but same basic idea.

The section at 1:30 is very similar to the silk reeling exercise in Taiji. Tongbei is a branch from Chen family.

Chan Si gong is no exclusive to Chen shi.

Tongbei has neijia elements. The section at 1:30 has practical appplication for arm separation and additionally has internal application.
