Driving along in Dec1992 at 5.54am really enjoying this track on the car radio, next minute skidded on black-ice and upside down in a field, the music stopped because the battery was ripped out as the car turned over. Kicked my way out of the window, wheels still spinning as I made my way to the road. I'm lucky bastard, and this is my lucky song. Full marks to Suzie

grad hs in 78. Suzi was an exceptional performer. Her moves and the glances and looks she gave are something that cannot be duplicated. She was very appealing and sexy-really hard to describe. This vid and the Stumblin In vid with Chris are two vids that get better each time you watch them. Very magical and special. I long for the 70's.

I was only a stage technician at the time, but everyone loved her, she played real shit. Sometimes absolute rock, other times, slow ballads, here, a kind of Stones style country. She always surprised. I bet if she was on American Idol she would have done just whatever the hell she wanted.
