  • Is it okay to start from level 2 or 3 instead of 1?

    I would like to burn off my excess tummy fat fast and I wonder if this exercise will help.

  • @Ronteque Sure. You can start at any level as long as your RPT 8-10.

    Progress to the next level when RPE consistently drops to 6 and below.
