@CRNGE The longer you hold down PPP or KKK the more damage Balrog's Turn-Around-Punch will do.  You can kill characters with TAP>Super/Ultra, even if they are at full HP.

@mickdo8640 Look, at 1:39 he presses all the kicks at the beginning of the last round. It's not all 3 at once so he probably held the palm of his hand on all 3 kicks while his fingers continued to only use the punches.

He charged it for about 52 seconds.
