Wolf Point was legit in the 50s. take this for what it's worth for someone who has passed through it twice, but it definitely seems like it's declined a lot since the 50s.

I'm from Poplar as well and from 0:48 on the video is of the Fort Peck dam and resevior. I worked there the summer of 1983 for the Valley County Sheriff as a summer deputy. Thanks for posting this video.
