There are no hobbles on the horses legs those are just normal horse boots. the only thing on the horse is a bridle.

@BreyerCollectorsMM Those are normal horse boots not hobbles. Hobbles connect the legs.

@BreyerGirl11 maybe not free but at least not confused as hell trying to escape with hobbles or ties, not sure what they used but this isn't as relaxed as some of the other paistani dancing horses i've seen both on net and in person
