With CS 1.6 pubs dying and very few migrating to get into the "pro side", sponsors just aren't as interested in the game. It's harder and becomes far more tighter - companies these days such as Razer/Dell aren't going to invest millions into sponsoring a team for CS 1.6 when there are tons more leagues out there that can get them more advertising for their products. It's happened to CEVO
