You can carry a tune just fine, and no one knows what you'll sound like after your voice changes.... but you'll still be able to carry a tune. Eric Clapton was very self conscious of his voice when he first established himself alone, not with a band. That would be 451 Ocean Blvd days. Trying to not sound harsh but you can't keep time very well. You can shred solos amazingly but you should work on your rhythm playing if you ever want to be in a band that doesn't despise you.. You can't be playing a solo all the time..
