The second 'OMG' is from a documentary clip. Its not uncommon that the audio and video engineers take bits of audio from here and there and paste them in to over dramatize and give the video more impact. So they've used the same OMG sound again in the documentary...Big deal. The rest seems natural to me, apart from the slowed down youtube clip which is obvious. Stop trying to be the crap detective. I do believe that 9/11 was still engineered unseen hands though ...
