Actually most of this technology is about 50 years away. There already is a clumsy prototype of that newspaper. The Zune only failed due to poor marketing and lack of support from Microsoft. Other than that, it was a pretty solid piece of hardware. It used a lot of new technologies that wouldn't become popular until years later such as OLED screens and the nVidia Tegra SoC. The Zune HD has a dual-core CPU and 6-core GPU. It would take Apple three generations of iPhones to catch up with the Zune HD. As for Vista, it wasnt that bad either, it just got bad press and people are easily manipulated by the press

@Nikixos What I said about the Zune HD was true. Physically, there was no reason it should've failed. It had hardware that most smartphones don't have yet today. It had features that iPhones wouldn't have for a couple more generations at the time. The only explanation of why the Zune HD failed is because of poor marketing and lack of support in the form of apps from Microsoft. As for Vista, it's debatable, but that's my opinion. It may be that you're just a simple Microsoft hater & Apple fanboy.
