These imitations has brought china 100 billions $ every month. According to studies, the # of counterfeits have increased more than 15% yearly. @Lucky7Ducky if the peanut butter was poisonous because of e.coli or salmonella contamination then you can kill it by heating the peanut butter to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. It would be probably easier to throw the jar and buy a new one. I buy eggs in bulk (4 dozen). So I'm not going to throw away 4 dozen eggs. I will just cook it 'tll the the whites and yolk are solid.
