I was reminded of those traditional Chinese dramas my parents watched. I'm reminded of the scenes where an innocent person is taken outside in wooden head and hand board cuffs, and is directed to kneel in front of the emperor while he shakes the wooden tube for a tab of how the innocent being was going to die. And then when a tab tells the guy he was going to die by wooden clubs, everything goes in slow motion.

@ChrisTheBible I was pointing out the fact that this is Chinese traditional music style. Even the composer is Chinese. The music definitely isn't in any way or form Japanese. The layman may not be able to differentiate the two but there are clear differences between traditional Japanese and Chinese music. Also not to be an asshole but if you use the word anime, it is most definitely Japanese. All anime is Japanese. Anime is short for アニメーション animēshon. Otherwise it would be a cartoon. =D
