You lose everything! You report and you now have a war waged against you. It is so disturbing. It is an oxymoron that the military has familily support in crisis situations. You are penalized when asking for help. We have a system of punishment not compassion and support.
Even still to this day the Military DOES NOT protect the families. I tried with everything I had in me to better myself for the marriage. But when I went to the chain of command, they ignored my cry for help. The biggest thing that really bothered me was I fought with everything I have to protect my children, but the military destroyed that too. They took everything from me, lied to me, and violated my civil rights.
The military will never be embarassed so they throw the wives away like garbage. I know I am going thru it right now & my husband is treated like I abused him. We are overseas & I get no financial support,no money for food, They talk to me like I am garbage 7 I do fear for my safety because I been speaking out publicaly. I have no where to turn to no one to help me. I feel like the military is now raping me of my rights abuse all over again.
Sick fucker shot kids. So he hated his daughters crying. Sounds like pure evil. Look not everyone that goes over there looses there morals and sense of right and wrong. Alot of people that go over dont kill civilians and hurt people for fun. However there are always some pussies that cant handle it and shouldn't even enlist because they give the military a bad name.

This is why I want my husband out of the Army. I'm a veteran myself & know of far too many domestic violence incidences in the military. My husband don't abuse me at all, but I told him that I want him to get out. He's been in Iraq for 15 months & that became too much for our marriage & family planning. I don't trust the military anymore.
