Thanks for all the great snippets ( found them on your website)! Im a beginner myself and the videos are giving me simple way to learn this stuff. I dont use this excercise, but i find the one leg jump to box to be even better. I use the same box as on video., but with an extra height.

thanks coolcolj, I will post better versions as time permits. The web article is clear about the speed factor, but I want the demos to be well done as well. Some of the demos will be updated (hopefully) tonight.
