Keep in mind that the speedo's are out in the Golf (depending on your wheel size). On my Golf 11TSI (16" wheels) 100kph is actually 108kph on the digital speedo. For you it might be 105 or something.
Impressive start - I have the APR Stage on my 118 TSI and get about 6.5 seconds (down from a claimed 8 seconds stock), but it's the extra torque I like the most, putting the supercharger to much better use.

I have both the Mk5 and Mk6 GTI and was wondering how did you time the run? Did you use the speedometer reading? If you did then you may find that you hadn't really reach 100km. On both my GTIs with standard wheels/tyres combination my true speed when the speedo is at 100 was really at 94. This I believe is a ''safety' that most cars have - the overstating of the car's speed.

Very nice! I have an MKVI with a 6 speed but a gti is a gti, which is such an amazing car. The only good part about my work week is driving it to and from work on the highway :)

Its a option and its there in case you want to buy it separately after and add it on :)
