Dftba! How old do you have to be to get a donor card? Or can it be any age? I want to donate my organs when I die. Its a bit of your life helping safe someone else. You are part of someone else.

@memory3945 You can be any age to be a donor, at least that's how it works here in Ireland and I can't see why it would be any different anywhere else.

Exactly. Not everyone is able to donate organs because you actually have to die in a specific way but I cannot tell you what a difference that decision could make to someone else, and not only them but their family and friends and community.

one time i hired a monkey to take notes for me in class and id just sit there with my mind a complete blank while the monkey scribbled things on little pieces of paper. at the end of the week the teacher said i want you to write a paper using your notes. so i wrote "hi my names bingo. i like to climb on things. can i have a banana? eek eek." she gave me an "F" i went home and told my mom and she said "i told you never to trust a monkey!"

Great video! Really worthy cause. If you have a driving license there is a little box that you can tick to indicate that you want to donate organs too.

its such a simple idea too! They should have a space on all ID cards so you can check them as an organ donor card as well...hmmm I might suggest that to the powers that be in UCC - that could actually work
