  • Broken Fingers is a beautiful and haunting song, a remembrance of the terrorist bombing SB lived through, which also claimed part of his hearing, and of the boy who was sitting next to him who died: Forget his eyes, His silhouette? Of course I dont, Of course I dont forget. There are blue eyes, A silhouette; There is a debt, A debt I dont forget. These broken fingers Some things don't heal I can't wake up from the dream When the dream is real
  • nyquistic, just came across your comment . What a pleb you are. Kilkenny was a better place without you. You have no taste or decorum, a Culshie is what you are...

  • Forgive this comment poster Jesus!

Sam Baker is a blessing. Ask Walt!

  • Watching this, I fell asleep after the first few seconds, but luckily he had to stop and tune up (an exercise in which he had limited success). This alerted me to the irrelevant, discordant harmonica. Now, I've never been a fan of Bob Dylan, but suddenly I understood why so many people at the time felt his music was dangerous; it was to spawn the likes of this shite, years later.

As I actually live in Kilkenny, I am so, so glad that I was out of the country that weekend.
