Except perhaps to make gentrification easier, because when i'm coming home from work every night, i'm more scared than i was before to hang out in public with my friends, or be seen at all. However the Acuna case prohibited 38 named individuals from entering into a four square block area in San Jose. None of the individuals that were targeted lived within the "target zone". The fruitvale injunction targets 40+ alleged gang members and covers 450 square blocks. All of the 40+ live in this zone.
