I am SO glad that he mentioned to get a paralegal certificate, as they are designed for those persons who already have a 4 year degree. I have been speaking to schools about the program and they are trying to get me to do the 2 year AS degree program. Why would I do that when I have a 4 year crim just degree. I am going to look into the certificate program he was speaking about. In regards to "get exp under your belt" How do you gain experience if no one wants to hire you because you have none
@alphaacad I'm going through the same problem. How is one to get there foot in the door if you have to have 2-5 years experience? Many firms will say "2-5 years experience or need not apply." This is my dilemma.
