Good for you, Rod. I recently made changes in my diet also. The way I handle it is to say, That food, XYZ, is not edible. eg: Some creatures will eat shoes, but I don't. Some creatures eat chocolate, but I don't. I focus on what I can eat, and it is an amazing variety! God has blessed us with so many kinds of fruit and vegetables, no one should be bored with their food! :D
