Yes, Had the same experience in bangkok city. Guys, not adviceable to use the tuk tuk..unless you speak Thai. They normally bring you to some 'factory' or shop to buy some stuff...expensive stuff. Somehow the tuk tuks driver gets free fuel or commission on this..

@onedizzydrunk No this place was not dangerous, I have lived in Los Angeles and New York, and they are not really that dangerous either, and least I can speak the language. When we went off the grind in Cambodia was the only time I was worried. This was kinda for show, the red shirts were not fighting at the time which has got bad before.

lmao at the baby screaming FALANG.... 75 % of tuk tuks are Isaan Mafia they are well connected. most of their money doesnt come from driving tuk tuks so they will not give you a ride most of the time if its under 200 baht...but i have paid a tuk tuk 20 baht to go quite far...we made i deal that i visited a fashion shop so he could rip them of gasoline tickets

@azdbobby by the time we got to Vietnam we were dine ditching and refusing to pay the check because we were getting scammed so much. This video was when we were still naive about all the scams.

I'm in Bangkok visiting from US. Yeah.. I just got scammed by a tutut driver. He took me and my friend to eat seafood and the check was 7991 baht for 1 lobster, 4 prawns, 1 squid, 1 fish, 1 beer. That's over $260!!! Don't ride those tutut.

you guys are missing a golden opportunity, You can do stuff here that you can't do in the U.S. I have done this in India, Peru, and Indonesia. Take the ride for 5 cents, capitalize on the greed of the driver ( in India ric driver) make him take you everywhere, with the promise of a big payday, Then pee out an isolated place, ask him he to take you there. Beat his ass, rob him and take his taxi from him. Drive off Dich the ride, get another taxi back to the Hotel. Do over for maximum fun
