Why yes they do, thats not a secret. The knowledge is public though nothing stops you from buying a Pa statue 17 vechile law book is yourself. It costs about 13- 20 bucks. there is no lack of letting the public know, and most cops don't even care about that you just happened to be stopped by an asshole. It's been what like at least 4 months since this has happened?either get over it, or make actual war on the station.

What about my ticket for not having the registration signed. Had i had my other car's registration in my car I would have had 5 days to produce the right one signed. so by taking the time of getting the right regestration into each one of my vehicles I get a ticket. Had I not cared I would not have a ticket.

I am volunteering.. I/m warning people to drive safe and not have stuff on their mirrors. Good right? Or is warning people wrong? Am I hurting the income stream for the police? I hope that they don't see it that way. Warning is Bitching. Just what have you done to warn people about anything?

Here is my warning; Taking a video, and or picture, of a police car, court house, fire station, Police Station, ect. is also breaking the law and you can be jailed, fined, or both, READ THE Patriot Act !! Also PA D.O.T. has laws on what you can safety have on car tops, again, big fines, people may do it everyday and never get caught, like drinking and driving, police can't be everywhere and enforce laws that all informed people should already know !!

The issue is people who don't take the time to learn and obey laws of the state they live in. A boat does not stick up in the air like a large sign and is better stream-lined,ie,safer to place on a roof top, of course that should be common sence, also law enforcement can do many things you and I can't do, that again everybody should already know these things or go back to drivers school and learn!

Other laws, people don't fully stop first at a "right-turn-on-red", they, 99% don't even slow down first. When it rains, look and see how many people have Head-light's on with wippers, some more PA laws with points and big fines, botton line is: "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink".

How many people do we all see parking and or sitting in a "fire-zone" next to a store? Better yet, people parking in a HP zone than bitch when they get a large fine/points? <is it because they don't know the law, or maybe they just don't care,(until they get caught).

Then where would the computers, controls for the lights and sirens and other equipment go. Also they have to be able to move inside the patrol car. There's barely enough room now the way it is.

alright they mount it on the roof. you know that there is technology to make the camera not interfer with vision.. i handed out another 200 warnings today. happy? i hope so.. in court i will thank the trooper for showing me the light.

Those vehicles are not in motion your vehicle was. The charge is a moving violtaion not when your vehicle is parked. When your vehicle is parked you can have the hang tags and other things hanging, but on the bag of the hang tag it even tells you not to have it hanging while your vehicle is in motion.

THE ASSUMPTION WAS THAT I HAD THOSE ITEMS ON MY MIRROR WHILE i WAS MOVING. AS IT TURNED OUT I WAS.. BUT FROM THE REAR HOW COULD HE SEE. IT WAS ONLY WHEN HE CAME AROUND TO THE SIDE OF THE CAR THAT HE SAW THEM. I COULD HAVE PUT THEM UP AFTER THE STOP. #1.

THE OFFICER SHOULD HAD TOLD ME THAT I WAS BEING VIDEOD AND AUDIO TAPED AT THE BEGINNING OF HIS STOP. WHICH HE DID NOT DO AND THUS WAS WIRE TAPPING MY COMMENTS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. #2

I want to go on record to say that most cops have a heart and SERVE the public in many ways. To bust chops when he did not tell me I was being taped does not make sense. I also wonder if he made a u turn in the intersection at the road leading to the airport.

I wonder if that was legal.
