I am a 39 yr old african american woman who was diagnosed with uterine cancer about 1 month ago. I have found out about a newer surgery called the da vinci surgery. My dr. has advised me that this was the best procedure for shortes hospital stay and recovery time. Has anyone else heard of this surgery and how long has it been in existence?
