I really like it. I have an Ibanez too but its so hard to get the sustain, even with a modulater. I really want a PC-1, it's all there for you. Who the hell has 2g's to spend on a guitar though...
I'm more impressed that you can play by ear... It's a dying art! Tabs are so readily available today that kids don't spend the much needed "Messing around time" to discover what works and what doesn't on a guitar... I remember playing along with songs on the radio before I even knew what chord was which. Still to this day, I never think of what chord I'm playing now or which one I'm playing 5 bars down the road! Its cool to know what the chord placement is, but its more fun discovering it!
omg freaken amazing could u message me the tab for the live version ive been wanting to learn it forever and cannot find it anywhere, i would greatly appriciate it :)
Ive tried and tried to learn it by ear but im not that good at the learning by ear stuff. do u think u could possibly help me out in some sorta of way to learn it because this is my all time favorite song and i reall want to learn the live version
Thanks for the response.. Can you play any Stryper or Whitecoss songs? They are two of my favorite bands and Oz and Rex are amazing!! Just curious!! Take care bud..
Thanks for the kind words! Yea, it's frustrating to sit at home and hear some of the crap thats out there. I'd give my left nut for the opportunity to be a professional musician.
Zero experience huh? Hard to say I guess, it all depends on how musically inclined you are. To be able to play it and not sound like you just learned how to play guitar, it'll prolly take about a year or so to nail it comfortably
Thanks! I'm borrowing my brother's Fender, it was his first guitar. Just a single humbucker in the bridge with a volume knob. Very convenient! You can see it in my Stereomud and Killswitch songs I did.
Thanks! I'm actually aware I need a better option for audio recording than just the little mic on my digital camera. This winter I'll probably come up with something much better.
Australia Australia Australia, We love you! Amen hehehe ( a little Monty Python if you havent heard that before)
Ah yes good old Monty Python ha ha ha a dead set classic ha ha ha. I am going to Def Leppard in Nov in Brisbane so feel free to cover some more of their songs if you have time man... Cheers and keep up the awesome work mate!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately it's just a sticker on my power conditioner :(
I miss all my old Mesa stuff. I've had a TriAxis, a TremoVerb 2x12 combo, and a rack mounted Mark IV head, the 50/50 power amp and eventually sold them all since I lived in apartments at the time and couldnt turn the volumes up. Now I'm just using a Line 6 POD XT Live powered by the MosValve power amp through the Laney 4x12. Now that I live in a house, I'd like to get the TremoVerb back!
can you tell me how you play the riff at 27 seconds in
