As someone who plays football and lacrosse and who also has a girlfriend who plays soccer, I pretty well know all 3 sports. In all sports the worst injuries I experienced were by far football. But you can't really compare the two due to its different kind of hits. But nothing in football compares to being checked in the hips or well any open space on your body. As for soccer, getting cleated etc sucks, but that happens equally in other sports without the hitting.

@HitmanxYasmine6720 you absolutely should! lacrosse isn't just about hitting! there's real art in the sport. besides there are rules to how and when you can hit and the worst injury i've seen was actually a mistake on how the person was playing (holding the stick wrong, got shoulder checked, and broke their arm), (another one was slipped on a ball and broke their ankle but they walked that one off the floor) but that is the worst i've seen in my playing history.
