what is a very good race roller 1/8th scale buggy that is very fast on the track that compared to other cars it can obliterate them on the track plz reply
@JPSlofts1 We already did one on the 2.0 RTR. Head on over to our channel or to the Horizon Hobby Website to check them out (YouTube won't allow me to post links, sorry.)
@papishow I haven't used one personally so I can't recommend one way or another personally. For engines I've personally had a lot of success with the Dynamite Platinum Series engines. I actually have one in my L8IGHT Model right now and it sings. I know the Losi engines are really stout too, as is the Orion "Truhe" Edition.
There is not "kit" per-se. The Race Roller comes fully assembled, you just need to put your running gear into it. Think of it as an ARR, or almost-ready-to-run.
Yes them changes are welcomed the 8 rtr that i have has blown 2 thr/brk serv,s and flogged out the top shock tower mounts front and rear also the carrier bearings for the diffs front and rear where trashed all this before the original tires (step pins) was worn out!!!WTF LOSI
how much is it, cause i got an aftershock and a friend that is begging me constantly to drive the aftershock and its really annoying, and is it worth buying?
Horizon i do like most of your videos but what really bugs me is when you keep repeating the same video like a few weeks down the road,so come on sort it out please as you have got loads of other r/c vechiles you could do videos about!so i'm sorry to say 1* lol.
The reasons this particular video was redone were 2-fold. First there was an issue with the video itself. I am not going to go into details but the video, as it was, had to be re-uploaded. YouTube doesn't allow you to just replace a video file. Secondly, this video was a test to see if we could upload a larger file size, hence why there are 2 versions on the page now. Remember too this is a preview, with a review with running footage to come later when we get a production version of the car.
I was not talking about the two videos up now but more about this same video or one near enough the same as this was up a few weeks ago, plus this is not the first time i have watch a video of yours for it only to be changed very slightly and put up again, please don't take offence im only stating what i have seen.
Is the Losi 8 2.0 roller w/ the Losi electric conversion kit the same as the Losi 8e 2.0 roller?

is there a plan for a kit version rather than a race roller?
papishow 1 year ago
@papishow There is not. They did a kit version of the original 8IGHT and honestly the Race Roller was far more popular.

@aussiebloke1914 If you want a Race Roller then the only option is the Losi 8IGHT. Pretty much everything else would either be a kit or an RTR.

what is the differences between the race roller and the T 2.0?
ilovetyping 2 years ago
I don't understand your question. The 8IGHT is either a Race Roller or an RTR. The 8IGHT T is the truggy.
HorizonRCdotCom 2 years ago
ohh my bad,
sorry about that.
So the 8ight comes in RTR and a race roller?
So the race roller is the kit version?
