If you pay 40k for a year you're pretty sure to learn a ton. Other than that, you now have a way better "base" to build on. If you're serious about becoming a concept artist. I don't think you can comprimise on stuff like price. (find another school).
I'm 24 now, I really wish I have had been more motivated earlier on. It's never too late. If you're 23 or younger- you're still a head of me. And I'm going to be a concept artist. Because it's what I want.
