I had a game just like yours. The guy got ahead real early after taking out my own early third, but then never expanded off 3 bases, only had 49 drones and also telling me that my drops were futile etc. All I needed to do was keep him distracted with those drops while I took extra bases and the end count was 176 population for me and 30 population for him lol. At least he GG'd tho.

@neochance It's weird, but I've noticed the same thing- at least in the masters league, it seems like I'm more likely to get BMed if my opponent is zerg.

When is a lot of medivacs become too much? Whatever that number is your approaching it. That was a lot of medivacs. What is a good ration of marines: medivacs? 1:8 or like 1:4, thoughts?

@party141994 10 medivacs for every .5 of a marine/marauder. So for 5 marines you should have about 100 medivacs. Hope that helps

@party141994 at 200u its usually 80-80-40 (80 workers 80 marines and 40u of tech)

that tech can be 20 medivacs (woh.) or 1 raven 9 medivacs 2 banshees 2 thors 3 tanks, or whateva..

8 is a good number of medivacs, but they die so often, that i often just keep building them all game, if i end up with too many, it doesn't bother me much.
