After all, it's her TALENT that mattered most, right? Would u care much if she sings on a PITCHY note & talk fluently in English or the other way around? Believe it or not the english speaking people in the US don't speak correct english either so don't put down Charice because she is learning. This language is not the easiest language to learn. So learn to speak it correctly before you say anything about anyone else

Pinoys who DON'T live in English speaking countries like Great Britain, USA, Canada and Australia should try and live in these countries and try to converse with average people so you would know HOW English is spoken by everyday people.....THEN you can be a judge in how Charice is doing in spoken English.

charice is doing really good brave and intelligent even geniuses who came from a non speaking country and moved to u.s takes time for their english to be perfect at her age she is really doing very very well in english considering she was only in us. off and on for a few months when i first came to u.s. i wouldn't speak to anybody i avoided people i was so shy and afraid 'coz my english was screwed it took me 2 years before i felt comfortable speaking in english and dealing with people

Stop, and think or learn something about her before you speak. Charice always came first in her classes. She is continuing her education online.

Cha is learning the finer points, the idioms of English. Maybe doesn't come across as "polished", but she's only 17, and look at what she has accomplished in two short years.
