what i do to get my eyeshadows EXtremallllllyyy pigmented is i apply vasiline wer your gonna apply the shadow

the shadow sticks to it and is reallly pigmented and easy

but dont rub the shadow too much or the vasiline will form into little clumps of eyeshadow....just dab hope this helops:)
