um try the numbers that spell out the name of the phone like Nokia is 66542 i did that with an old Nokia cell that had that and it kinda rendered the phone useless i was like 7 or 8 and i just guessed and figured out the code but my phone is to valuable and i need it so i wont tinker with it if that's the case

Regarding the Sim unlock that you are asking, Since your phone is Motorola V170 phone model the default unlock code is 000000. If you are unable to unlock the phone call the toll free number of TF at 1-800-867-7183.

I beleive the sim app is the way to flash the phone and add software updates to the phone hardware. It is used by the makers of your phone and not for you really. I have read that it is very hard to do. Cell phone traffers take advantage of the phones and sell them over seas.

haha first is TRACFONE!!! and second ..the sim card is activated to work only with one phone so if u try it in a different phone u probably get a message like INVALID SIM, INSERT SIM or s/thing like that soo good luck lolol

Sim App: its a feature of tracfone for motorola phone specially C139. its purpose is for the sim card to be activated on the phone. meaning 1 sim card to 1 phone. that why SIM APP is there. i know cuz' you dont need to know. if you know what i mean
