gold is nowhere even close to a high, it would need to double in price to break it's all time high (when adjusted for inflation). People seem to forget that we are living in an extremely inflationary period that really took off in the 70's and had a very brief hiatus in the early eighties and then came back with a vengeance.

Michael Moore admitted in a recent interview that the current US system isn't capitalism, he's right, it hasn't been capitalism for a long time, I recommend everyone read Thomas Woods' "meltdown" book, it written in a way that everyone can understand why free market capitalism is not to blame for the current mess.

I agree, and I really want people to look at everything that the government has gotten their hands into over the past 100 years and tell me what's been successful... Social Security... it's bankrupt (nope), Medicare... it's bankrupt (nope), Bailouts....(nope), and war since world war II? (nope).... I could go on and on. We don't want the government involved with healthcare. The healthcare system is flawed, but not near as bad as if the government takes it over.

It's not a matter of not wanting government. Government/Leadership is necessary in a civilized society. It should however be government as dictated by the US Constitution, not the abomination that we have now. As if it wasn't big enough, Bush had to expand it 40% with the DHS and further dissolve our rights with the USA Patriot act, and warmongering, now there's Obama making it even worse by getting the gov. involved in place it should never go. Time to get back to basics.

Speaking of 'kosher', investigate what a racket that is! 1% of most all food sold in america goes right to Israel. Look at your food labels, anything with that 'U' on it in the code where 'C' for copyright is means youre paying 1% of that sale to Israel, for, well, something or other.

Max i normally think ur stuff is great & that youre right on the ball but i disagree with u about having a free market health system.

If you look at the medical industries that government is not involved with such as laser eye surgery and plastic surgery, costs are always coming down and quality up.

However the government by trying to make healthcare more affordable ignores a key rule of economics.

I normally type my comments out full and proper. I hate abbreviating however. Comments on youtube are limited to 500 characters.

What also annoys me is having to miss out terms like supply and demand, and going into detail. Which i will do sometimes.

But posts that are 3 comments long may be able to more eliquently get over what im trying to say, but would get ignored by most youtube customers.

Max I have followed you for the past year. I don't agree with all you have to say, but I know you know free markets are not the problem, its non-free markets. You've made the point many times. It is unfortunate that you attack Milton Friedman, one with whom I have issues, but an unquestioned champion of freedom.

Also, Max, I am a fan let me be clear, but the fact that this show is funded by Iran, a deeply facist government is of some concern.
